Whether you’ve been “on the culture change journey” for one, five or ten years or haven’t yet started, this program is for you! Join us for an afternoon of learning and celebrating as we examine the utility and variety of the change process.

The introduction of “Transforming Your Dining Services” as a culture change tool will be the highlight of the day. You’ll experience the stories of challenge and triumph as dining changes unfold in some of Oregon’s long term care settings. There will also be presentations, facilitated discussion and activity around using this tool to build teams as well as design and implement a variety of care practice and service delivery changes.
